Telkom se ****

Telkom is the most useless SP, they have Telkom/Showmax that enables you to pay for your Showmax using your Telkom account prepaid (Airtime) or contract. For the past few months it was fine it terms of payment using Telkom airtime to pay for subscription. I knew it would last long given the fact that Telkom is useless. Last night (24th August 2022) I paid using my airtime for the subscription and guess what Showmax didn't receive it and the airtime was deducted successfully on the *** number. I have been struggling to get this resolved since last night. I am not even getting any feedback from this useless SP. You need to refund me my airtime.
