TELKOM SE GAT - HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT

So here it goes, I was interested in getting a new cellphone contract and as being with Telkom for my ADSL which comes with a 24 month contract and having my prepaid on TELKOM MOBILE as well I said let me give them a try. I went online and completed the forms, got a call from AYANDA, the sales rep from TELKOM having told me YES that I did qualify, asking me which contract I was interested in etc. After spending almost 10 minutes going through the T's And C's taking down my delivery address , times etc, I thought we all good to go. A couple of hours later I received the dreaded SMS to say that I have FAILED at the Vetting process. Now that is where i fail to understand, why go through all the hoops when your back office homework sucks. I am seriously DISAPPOINTED with TELKOM, and YES I did sign up for the exact contract with a little extra for the same price with their competitor and all it took was 30 minutes and a visit to the mall. There you go, You just lost a loyal customer thats been with you for ages. Thats a ****ty experience from what I thought was a good company, I cannot wait for my ADSL to wind down and then its BYE BYE TELKOM FOR GOOD :)
