Telkom Se ****

Payment for my telkom account was made on 31/05/2023. It’s been 27 days and my payment has not been allocated which has led to my account being suspend. Because of their mistake, I now need suffer. Telkom needs to catch a big ****ing wake up call. From the service consultants, to the technicians, to the managers, most ****ing useless bunch of people who have knowledge of their own systems. Telkom needs to revise their system to make it more friendly to the clients and the employees. Worst ****ing cellphone network that I’ve used my entire life.
