Hurry up and wait and then that ******* laborious voice recording!!!

Hey you clowns at Telkom, WHY do you ask me to "upgrade" my landline (11 March) and yet I am STILL waiting for the new handset and to be rid of that idiotic voice recording on my landline?

Every time I call your 0800....number the clown at the end of the line says "I'll send an email"! Email to whom/for what/for when????? Now almost 2 months later and the verbiage continues.

Shame on you! But as the rest.......you couldn't give a xyz!!!!
