TELKOM SCRUB NONSENSE

i am yet again writing this review about Telkom , worst service ever , i reported my issues maybe two weeks back and oh yes they have sent some few people to come check on the issue and to my surprise they are telling me that the technicians from VUMA mistakenly cut off the Telkom cable therefore they cannot service me , what the hell am I suppose to do cause I need my services up and running, TELKOM MAY YOU FIX THIS ISSUE ASAP or give me all my money back , so disappointing with such a big company but no customer service at all ,
