TELKOM SCARMMERS

I have a contract with telkom and they didn't not debt my account for a couple of months only to find out that they where using the incorrect banking details that i did not authorise them to use. Now they have debited the outstanding amount.

When i call the call center they say the money have not yet appeared on their side. I recently recived the telkom statemnt claiming the i am owing them the amount they have debted from my account.

I don't know if they are try to **** me or what, It is total unacceptable and ridiculous now how they treating me. Bear in mind i have three contracts with them trusting that they will give me world class service.

I'm very disappointed in them as they have raisin my anxiety a higher level.
