TELKOM ****s people into thinking they're allowed to return devices within 7-Days, Cooling off period my a$$!

Can someone clearly explain why no-one from TELKOM (Customer Care/Trade Route Mall & Cresta) was able to assist me with returning my device within the 7-day cooling off period ?! And now I'm being billed for the cancellation after attempting and being denied returning my device within the stipulated time frame?!!! I have proof of all visits and phonecalls aswell, I'm taking this to court!
