Telkom ****s People

I spoke two agents from Telkom who were not helpful, Telkom debited money from my account and I paid the balance but for some unfathomed reason they say the EFT payment does not reflect on their systems and when I asked where I could send proof of payment they simply said I should pay again. Telkom ****s customers into paying double on top of that they list people on ITC without notifying them. I have never received such bad customer service in my life and I am disgusted that this is how Telkom treats people. They never respond to their emails nor do their agents know how to do their job. I will be talking legal action against Telkom!
