Telkom ******** pensioners

Can Telkom please contact me. My father (a pensioner) received a phone call from a telemarketer, whom said that my father qualify for a free wifi router. He then said he would be interested. But then Telkom came and cut their line. They are now more than 2 weeks without a phone and with that even received a bill from Telkom for this time!! He tried contacting Telkom to resolve the issue, but there is no longer a telkom shop in Klerksorp!! This is urgent!!
