TELKOM ******** ME

I am SO angry right now. I cancelled my telkom 6+ years ago with no outstanding amounts. Now I see I have missed payments RUINING my credit score for TELKOM NGN. I don’t even know what it is and NEVER signed up for it. How can I now finance anything even after they fix this
