Telkom: ******** Of Note, Useless as they Come

Telkom is pathetic. I’ve been trying to get a hold of them from September 18th, my landline and ADSL has been down and I run a business. You think they give a damn? No calls backs no feedback and no assistance. Call and hang on for hours just to be hung up on. Then if we cancel we pay a penalty when in actual fact non performance of the contract is a breach committed on their side. Pathetic.

A colleague I know was forced into a wireless contract as the cables were ******, a few hundreds more than the original supposedly fantastic 399, when she said no, they canceled and charged her a cancellation penalty.

Useless as they come. ******** of note.
