Telkom ********

I am really upset the Telkom Mobile service. There is an offer where you can buy mobile data 1 gig day and 1gig night time for R100. My problem is that when it come to night time data (12:01am - 7am) my day time data gets used up. Even when I don't have day time data its a struggle to connect at night time. Its terrible because that data if not used expires. I have called the call center and laid numerous complaints and they keep saying I should switch my phone to fight mode then back to activate the night time data. Funny thing is that when it is 7am it switches to daytime automatically. I am starting to believe that they are ******** us. Just imagine the amount of people experiencing the same losses and how much Telkom are making and saving every day by robbing us.

If this is not resolved soonest they will surely find themselves in the media.
