terrible service, first you over 20 minutes for your call to be answer, I apply for wife DSL, I never received any sms or email after I made application with the consultant, when I phone in they told me my order has been cancelled because of infrastruture, before I know it my account was deducted by them I phoned in to cancel it they said a teamlader will contact me, and up until now no one ha phoned isntead I receive another statement saying they will deduct again from my account,
