Telkom ********

Telkom is a ****. I noticed from August last year that my data just disappears without logical explanation and started tracking it daily on the app. I have 80gb deal for my router and noticed that 40gb is gone on the 1st day of the month. I called their call center and reached out to them on social media but they don’t fix nor reimburse my data. Today 4:36am, 1st of February all my data apparently gone. I only noticed this in August, God only knows how long this has been happening
