Telkom ********

I am experiencing the worst customer service with Telkom and delaling with *********** staff, they double debit me and refuse to refund my money. I spoke to Amanda, Chairmain Mo***o(Manager) and Nstiki. i was assured THEIR mistake will be rectified but till this day nothing, all they do they do they put me on hold for 30 minutes, i have been given case number and got SMS's that they are resolved, but havent received my money. This morning again a NAEDO debit was done. is Telkom ran by ********???
