Once again I am subjected to dealing with a Telkom contract cancellation. I have tried to cancel this contract on a few occassions, I even received reference number****azing), A few days later, I receive amessage...Dear Cusomer,Fault refernce 3346.........has been closed. Since when is a cancellation a fault. The delaying tactics are not amausing. Never enter into a contract with Telkom no matter how lucrative the deal may seem. two tears later you will end up paying for another 6 months, Pathetic ********.
