firstly I had to drive 2 hours to upgrade my phone after I got no luck from the online upgrades then yesterday I purchased the Huwaei P40 Pro - I asked the consultant about the free buds and he said I must claim from the Huwaei Site which I did after his manager confirmed with him the Deal was still valid - now my claim with Huawei is canceled as the promotion is finished -
