Telkom ****ers

Yesterday 2021/10/29 I bought R10.00 airtime using my Banking App, I made one call which lasted about 25 seconds and today 2021/10/30 made one call which lasted about 11 seconds and now I'm told my balance is R0.09 and told that I sent smses to a number I don't even know of which I didn't do, as I called them a consultant called Lungelo insisted that I sent those she's I told her I must have been de*****ed she denies it, when I ask her to put me through to her supervisor she ugnores me.I want my airtime back and leave this horrible service provider Telkom is ******* I want my money back and leave them in peace.
