Telkom **** us on the pandemic

I'm have a big challenge with telkom free me bundles was 599 before lockdown and now is 689 quality it's very poor , benefits decrease. Customer service there is no option to speak to the consultant. 20 gig used to last over a month but 28 gig can't finish one month
