Telkom **** strategy

I have been ****med. I signed up for the R298 deal and every month they don't debit my account and then charge me extra R202 for late payment. Every month I'm charged R501 because they don't debit my account. I prepared my bank statements to show that on debit date I have money so they can't say I didn't have money, but they don't allow me to send proof they give me reference after reference number. Only after 4 months of paying steep money that a colleague made me aware of telkom's strategy. Mondo were the ones that recruited me but when I told them my concern they didn't want to assist.
