TELKOM ****. READ THIS BEFORE PURCHASING ANYTHING.

Telkom is the biggest **** in modern era. Please be careful when taking anything from this company. I got billed R500 extra for usage this month yet I still have 29 gigs remainder. I have data from last month and the previous month that had carried over. When I called to query they say that when the network switches of they bill you out of bundle rates and guess who switches of the network??? When I took out the contract I requested for a limit to be set at R1 for usage. Now when I request for the copy of the call they say they cannot get it and there's no way to escalate the case and that I won't get my money back. Theres absolutely no customer service and they just take your money and there's nothing you can do. The consultant was extremely rude and refused to give her details or i would have published them here. Luckily im close to the end of my contract and I will be canceling everything and moving my stuff to vodacom. Please listen to me and DO NOT and i repeat DO NOT take out anything with Telkom they are beyond useless and the biggest ******* you will come across. Seems like this is the new **** they are running cause their business is going down the drain for poor service.
