Telkom ****

When being offered the R299 deal from Telkom for LTE it's either a **** or a joke. I was called by an agent last week and Tuesday to renew my mobile WiFi contract for a cheaper price and guess what I did. Jokes on me a week and a half later I'm still waiting for my pro rata data. I called these people 4 times today. Got case numbers an SMS saying my case was resolved. Even whilst on the phone with them at this very moment my data has still not been loaded and I'm waiting like a joke for the past week and a half
