Telkom **** case swept under the carpet

I took a contract with Telkom through Mondo in November 2020. The contract was for a sim only and it cost R99. In December debited Over R500, Then in Jan they Sent a bill statement saying that I owe over R800.when I called to enquirer they said that their system shows that I actually took a sumsung phone along with my contract. I disputed the claim and they promised to escalate the matter with Mondo. They sent me a message last week telling me that they are terminating my contract due to credit limit.. whatever that means! Yesterday they debuted over R800 and today over R1200. I am so angry and disappointed in Telkom.
