Telkom **** billing

i have been billed for content usage of R134.99 I called to ask ,consultants could not even provide me with proof that i consented to what ever it was,Now besides me how many clients get ********** like this and and please want my refund from them.They cannot just take my money and tell me "oh we paid some other company "
