Telkom ****

Telkom has been debiting me even after the contract is closed, They have been taking me back and forth . And if I ask the consultants why can’t they stop the debit orders they told me they can’t and I have been logging cases with them and still not getting help. Every time I make a follow up they log a new case or they tell me that the person who assisted me before resigned so the case can’t go on. Like I am so upset with their service it is so unprofessional. I haven’t got help yet , I guess another debit order is on its way as I write here.
