I wish HelloPeter will institute a zero star rating! The latest **** from Telkom is to, without authority, raise a debit order against your bank account, even if it was agreed that you will make monthly payments via EFT. When their unauthorized "debit order" is rejected, they charge you a service fee of R202.00 for said rejection. My monthly data fee is R199.00 that I have paid monthly without fail via EFT. Time to take Telkom out of business for their ********* business practices. They somehow believe that all their customers, very sadly, are unrducated and unintelligent so they will not complain about being **********.
