Telkom ****

Hi Hello Peter team First of all you guys doing a very great job for people like me who's been ****med by Telkom Mobile. My name is Muhammad Yousuf app**** for a telkom mobile contract last year Blackfriday deal for a phone via online next day a lady from Telkom contacted me and informed me that my application was approved and asked me some necessary details like banking and residential address etc.i have provided her all the required details while we were still busy finalizing my application for the phone she offer me another sim only deal with a Wii fi router which she said that I have to add R99 on top of my phone monthly subscription and i will get extra 10gb data P/M so i thought to take that deal too last told me that i shouldn't be sorry if my sim only and router will arrive before the phone as its happens some time so I said its not a problem a week later a parcel from Telkom arrived with only router and the data sim I contacted Telkom very same moment one of the guy he also explained me to not to worry phone will arrive soon I waited a whole week but nothing happrnd I contacted Telkom again then another guy from Telkom informed me that I won't get the phone as my application for the phone was never approved I was in a shock that my first choice was to have phone contact not the data sim contract and why many of Telkom people **** to me that my phone will arrive soon so I told the guy on the phone that in this case I don't want the data dim only and router deal he said I can call the contract department and ask them cancel the contract and take back the parcel which I never even opened since it arrived next day i call contract department the said not to worry they will send the couriers to fetch the parcel and there will be no contract on my name so I was very happy but very next month Telkom debuted R185 from my bank account which made me very angry I reverse the debit order during all this time no one called me or came to fetch the parcel from me which is still unopened I never even open that parcel till today then they tried to debit again and again as again I reversed my debited money I called thrn again two months ago to stop foing this and take there parcel back they told me that i should go to nearest Telkom outlet and give them the parcel the nearest Telkom mobile office is 70km from where i live do i told them i won't go any where as it's not my fault from the beginning even after making so many calls they failed to take there parcel back now it's not my duty to take a taxi 70km far from my place to sought there mess now today i recieved a letter from Telkom mobile that i am owing them R587 and i must make payment of R587 within 14days of this notice otherwise they will hand over my details to credit bureau and I will pay all the legal costs . This is quite funny to me as I app**** for a cellphone contract instead of getting a cellphone contract I recieved a data sim contract which they offered me and I never app**** for it now I asked them to take the parcel back as I don't wanted it and I never opened the parcel and never used the sim or router.
