Telkom ****

I'm very disappointed by telkom, they offered me a router and 6GB data contract and only loaded 500MB data, I called several times and all their consultants that I spoke to confirmed that the fault was on their side, I was promised data would be loaded in 72 hours which never happened, I called again a few times until after two weeks I got tired of asking and requested to cancel the contract since they were not willing to help and they said I should pay R800 even though the fault is on their side, now without even sending me a statement they've just debited an amount we didn't even agree on, mind that I only used that 500MB and they didn't bother to follow up on my case.
