Telkom ****

Telkom called me offered me a cellphone contract, they told me they will debit R99.00 monthly, and I gave them my pay date that I get paid on the 25th. To my surprise they send me a message telling me that I am owing, they didn't get money on the last day of the month, of which I knew nothing about that date my pay day is the 25th. They gave me banking details I had to deposit R190.00 on the 25.08.2018 of which I did. Now I receive a statement showing that I need to pay R415.00 by 25.09.2018. And I was told that there was once off payment of R100.00 that they will take, I need them to fix this mess I only agreed to take this contract simply because they said I will be paying R99.00.
