Telkom ****

I had ordered a Telkom Data bundle and router in March 2019, a few days later the only recieved the router and no SIM. I had then called Telkom and asked that they deliver the SIM card as well. Promises were made and we in November and no SIM card. I have been debited monthly ( which i reverse) as i cannot pay for a service i dont use. Every Single month am calling and being made one promise after the other but yet they take my money. That is called *****ing if you take money and not provide a service.
