telkom says they handing me over

So today I recieved a call stating that if I don't settle my account in 48hrs they will be handing me over to the lawyers even after I recieved an sms on the 1of this month stating the amount that is outstanding which I paid so now telkom as to go to this level to cheat people out of their hard work cash and threaten them if they don't pay they will be sued really is telkom that bankruptcy and ******* that they have to go to this low form of getting extra cash out of thier clients as far as I know I made a query on my bill and on the same day of making a query I recieved an sms stating the amount outstanding so as far as my concern my bill is squared up <br> <br> Regards Telkom
