telkom says my phone line issue is Mweb's fault

My voice line hasn't been working now for over 2 months. Telkom have stated that it isn't their problem as I have an ADSL line through MWEB. I have to contact MWEB to get my voice line fixed. <br> Note that my ADSL is working FINE, my voice line is completely dead - and I have tried different handsets that are known working ones - and are also telkom handsets.<br> Cant remember first fault number.<br> Second is:<br> 27CEK311015 (31 Oct)<br> Third is SM169400 (19 Nov)<br> On both occasions I was told that the problem had been sorted out.<br> When I phoned to query why my line was still dead, I was told that I have to contact MWEB as this is a wholesale line.<br> I duly contacted MWEB who said that there's nothing wrong with the data line I have through them (which is correct) and they can do nothing about my Voice line, which is directly through telkom.<br> <br> So how can telkom say MWEB is responsible for my Voice line - which I pay for separately directly to telkom?<br> <br> How pathetic is your repair service when you cant even test a line after assuming you have fixed it? I am utterly disgusted with the way telkom have completely shifted blame for THEIR FAULTY PRODUCT to MWEB.<br> <br> DONT tell me to call 10210 to cut me off AGAIN
