Telkom says my address does not exist and refuse to relocate my fiber

For the past two months I've been struggling with Telkom to relocate my fiber lines. After countless frustrating calls to the service center I found an Mail address that is communicating back, but still no resolve in sight. I am still honoring our contract as I am paying for a service I do not receive. According to Telkom my address does not exist. It is in a well established complex in the town of Delmas. The call center consultants captured a different address than I have supp****. I even added a pin drop of the house. If I cancel the contract I have to pay Telkom in full till the end of the term, but they do not provide me with a service. I have all communication on mail. They do not even accept my rental contract from the attorneys as proof of address. Regards FJH Pretorius
