My daughter was at the store this afternoon to do a prepaid sim swap, and the consultant refuse to assist because her POR is a bank statement and they do not accept it according to consultants at that branch. They requested a municipal account from a 20-year-old who had a bank statement. This for me is unacceptable and consultants must stop turning back customers and service prepaid subscribers
