Telkom satilite phones

My parents 87 years old in Cullinan is batling to get someone to assist with their phone that is not working. Me and several other people have reported it on 10213 as well as on email. I also reported it at the Telkom shop at Kolenade who wrote a report on their system with the promise that I will be contact within 24 hrs wich did not happen as expected. We got a sms that their accout wil be credited for the months that the phone was not working, Instead they got an account of more than R800.

There is no contact no on their bill's and on numbers googeled you only get up to a Computer.

It is now more than 9 months. This old people need their phone as they are batling with technology.

This is a very poor service. No one to contact. And telkom shops personnel are useless.
