Telkom sanlam centre is ***

I'm very disappointed in telkom in sanlam centre I was ****** yesterday from my belongings I got myself a affidavit from the the police station stating that I was ****** and I thought see that I am a customer from telkom it wont be a very big deal just to get my number back that fat ***** at telkom told me I cant get my number with out my I'd or a temp not even a copy of my id would work she didnt even listen to that I was saying what is the use I went for affidavit to get my sim can anybody advise the way forward to get my sim number back
