Telkom Sandton poor service

Poor experience from Telkom Sandton, I bought a power bank that has a fault and it didn’t work, when I return it, I was told their supplier can not fix or replace it, the warranty doesn’t mean anything, I must just take it back home, they won’t refund me, it is not their fault, I must discuss the issue with their supplier. I spoke to Thembi Buthelezi who didn’t seem to care and said there was nothing she could do for me.
