Telkom Sandton is making empty promises to us

I went to Telkom Sandton after looking at their laptop deals and saw that they have pretty good deals. I spoke to consultant Yolandi who initially told me they have stock and made me fill out documentation. After being in the shop for an hour and after filling out and producing all required documents they in tern told me that the stock is not there, and there is stock of other types and a different deal, and I agreed to take that even though I knew it was an up - sell strategy. Then they came back to me and said there is no stock of that either. I again was patient and ask them to give me a shout by last week Friday if they do not and this was all between last week Wednesday and Thursday. The manager Howard had said that he would make a plan, when I called in yesterday he told me he is going to pick up one today in Fourways or Rosebank. Again I was patient today he doesn't want to speak to me because he has not delivered on his promises. As much as these guys do not care about service delivery to clients the least they can do make an effort. Because of this I will cancel, never take anything or recommend telkom to anyone. Very disappointing after all my patience
