Telkom Sandton city's level of service got to be the worst ever.

Need help urgently.! I app**** for my landline to be ported from another company over to Telkom and I have been waiting for assistance for more than a month from their Sandton city store. Manager just does not care to assist. Got to say it left a bad taste in my month the level of service I received. I mean it's like Telkom just don't care about Their customers. Everyday day I have been there following up and I have lost business because of their don't care attitude. Truly heartbreaking.
