Telkom Sandton City - Unreliable Store

Worst service I've ever received from a Telkom store. They just care about making quick sales, but don't care about the customer's experience after walking out of the store with their products. I got 2 phone contracts from them on 25/11/2021 for my parents who are all the way in soweto, and up till today (02/12/2021), I'm still waiting for one of the sim cards to be activated. I've tried everything from going back to the store to ask them to activate it remotely, to asking my parents to visit another Telkom store close to their home to get them to assist us. I've tried to contact the Telkom employee that initially assisted me with the contract, in hope that if I wait patiently for him to return from his leave maybe I'll see some progress, and that clearly has not worked. You guys have left a bad taste in my mouth and I don't think I'll ever be setting foot in your store for any other service. And you better not think you'll be charging me the contract's full installment amount at the end of the month.
