Telkom sandton city branch

The Sandton City branch is horrible. Customer service is disgusting. Delt with a person called Tsepho mosehle. Came for the S25 Ultra on Saturday we sat for 3 hours as the guy promised the phone but we left with nothing due to technical issues on their system. However Tsepho did not follow protocols with assisting us into getting the phone. As what the branch manager had said. On Sunday morning Tsepho phoned us and promised us that everything was ready and available, however when we arrived it took us 20 minutes to get assistance. Nothing was done the phone was not ready and Tshepo had told us it was. There was branch manager on duty and the floor manager didn't bother to approach us instead ignored us. They really need to look at their service and would like to get feedback on this. Very disappointing. Do not use this branch as there are better branches and actually worth the drive there.
