TELKOM SANDTON CITY

Poor service by the stuff at the Telkom store in Sandton City. All they do is rush to make sales but do not explain everything that customer must be made aware of. I'm a paying for a cellphone insurance which is supposed to cover my phones screen. No one told me about the access fee until I had to make a claim. Unprofessional and unreliable store.
