Telkom Samsung Skynet Promotions Doing an upgrade Service is pathetic.

Doing an upgrade with Telkom... Celphone contract expires and you go to Telkom and make arrangements to renew the contract. What happens... They assist you either online or you go to a store. There are various packages to suit your needs. Service I received at Carnival Mall was great, well only while I was there. Before I tell you my story here is some history. Three years ago when doing an upgrade online there was a smart watch as part of the package. They sent me a pink one I am male I don't wear pink. I wasn't able to exchange it due to it being done online and the store could not do it. I gave the watch away as a present and paid for it for three years. I have a contract to honor so I paid. Now three years later I do another upgrade but this time not online . I want to see who I am talking to. So I did my upgrade three weeks ago. Received a nice phone and again in the package there is a special where you get a watch. Feedback received says delivery will be in 7-14 days. This is week three. I have called Samsung and they refer me to Skynet. When going onto Skynet the reference number does not even reflect as a package that is shipped. So it basically has taken them three weeks not to even load it never mind pack or deliver the watch and earphones. So guys. When you do an upgrade with Telkom and they dont give the product to you when you upgrade, then don't even look any further . If the promotional package is not placed in your hands and you walk out the store with it then you will not get what you are going to pay for over 24 OR 36 months. So my recommendation is to not be-leave them when they promise you anything after you have done an upgrade. The service in store was good but because of the after sales that is non existent I am thinking of not staying with Telkom . I have been a client for more than 10 years and I know communication for this telecommunication company is pathetic. They don't answer phones and when they do you don't get the assistance asked for.
