Telkom salesman lie to get customers

When taking new LTE deals, Telkom does not inform customers of everything. I took a contract last month only after asking if I can cancel if a better deal comes along. The salesman wasn't sure but found out from his manager (or so he said) and confirmed I could cancel.since I was taking an LTE deal with sim only and no device. Anyway confirmed I will take contract after that confirmation. This month there was a better LTE deal and I tried calling Telkom to cancel so I could take another contract.
