Telkom Sales - Terrible Service

<p>I placed an online order for the Telkom Smart Internet 500MB deal which after many tries was only confirmed by a sales agent 1 day after placing the order. The call centre is utterly useless.</p> <p> </p> <p>As advised by the sales agent the order takes up to 48 hours to confirm; of which has long surpassed being at over 76 hours with no feedback or reference number given</p> <p> </p> <p>When i do eventually get through to a call centre agent I am told that I must wait for the order to be processed and i will receive my order ny next week. That is how Telkom treat their customers</p> <p> </p> <p>I would not recommend Telkom to ANYONE, because they have costed me time and money and I have gotten nowhere.</p> <p> </p> <p>There is no remourse from their end, nor do they even apologize for their service. there is no attempt to keep me the customer happy by either speeding up my order or liasing with me</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards</p> <p> </p> <p>Yusuf </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
