telkom sales service below standard!

Dear Telkom We have been trying to get wifi service and landline services for our office for the past 2 weeks, to my dismay< I have not received any assistance in this regards. We are looking to port our current telephone line from Neotel back to telkom and I have visited your direct branches and have not received any feedback or call to advise as to how we can go about to do business with you. It is quiet sad because you have monopolized the industry and your consultants are rude and have no clue how to go about and assist customers. It is unfortunate that is has come to this. But I guess it is just one way of us to get a response from you. We also require wifi router as the area we are located in does not have fibre. And the process of getting this done has been tedious if not annoying.
