Telkom Sales poor service

I was suppose to get my phone delivered on friday, when I track it says my delivery address is incorrect , I did not even receive a call before the delivery was to be done. It is so disappointing when such a supposedly trusted company fails to deliver as promised. The lady who took my address was a bit rude and she insisted she got the address right when I kept emphasizing on the correct address to avoid delivery issues.

Now I have no idea where my parcel is because when I track it is still showing saturday's update. and I do not know if the will debit me on a phone that i do not have at the moment.

Poor Poor service especially because they did not even call me to confirm before saying the address is incorrect
