Telkom sales poor service

Ive placed an order for Telkom December lte deal. Everything was approved and given to courierit for delivery. Telkom gives courier company wrong delivery address therefore item could not be delivered. Been now a month and i did not receive my order. Called Telkom over 20times this week and no help yet. Promises made that il receive sms in 24hrs with delivery company but nothing yet. Ive order the item in December as i wanted that package. Telkom makes mistakes with courier company but we customers must suffer the consequences. Is that how you treat your customers? Been a loyal customers to Telkom on my other packages for the past 7years! Frustrated with the poor service and delivery from Telkom. Totaly frustrated with the sales lady that gave courierIT the wrong delivery address. Order number THD ********** 9
