i have taken a contract for my wife at the stores a while back at the process was fast. So I decided that ill be upgrading my pay as you go to the above mention contract.

And that ill do it online as this will be faster then going in store and the fact that i have a contrants with them will make this seems less

As i spoke to the sales person after using the call me back option on the contract screen for the phone. he in formed me that theres a few things that needs to happe. 1 ) credit check 2)debit order 3) then order gets processed and phone gets sent to you. with in 3 to 5 days by courier.

so let put this in to perspective the start date of this is the 4th of march 2019

check 1 was done the 5th of march 2 debit order the 6 th of march and order confrimed the 7th and the process ....... wait

okay phone call 1 whats my reference no.... no ref no 5 calls later i get a sms with refernce no and all of the sudden order processed on the 12th of march and i can look at courier site with in 24 hours and order will be there to track. so waited 24 hours nothing 48 hours nothing so after the 48 hours i phoned asking whats going on no they having system problems or the courier hasnt pick up the order so now i went and research how im getting the watch as im very excited no... so here is the t and c you have to be the part of first 4000 customers. after asking and was told by sales guy i will get a watch i phoned again asking the people how this works and they confrimed this again.

this weekend i meet up with my sister in law funny thing they went in store last weekend ask for the same phone etc. and walked out of the store with phone a hour later and here im sitting and waiting since the 4th of march and no idee or time frame on when im getting the phone

phoneing agents dont help cause they cant say wheres phone or when im getting it or whem courier is going to pick it up.
