Too many poor experiences too mention in such a short space of time. Whats stand out the most is the lack of service received from Telkom sales team. Absolutely disgusted with the poor quality of service and professionalism experienced. Waied on lines for more than 30 minutes a time for someone to answer, when I tried to return the 5 second calls made to my mobile. Cant understand whats changed Telkom was on the right track with customer service ...whats changed
